Fireworks

For Singapore National Day we went to see the fireworks display. We left at 7:30pm, the girls biked and we walked along the canal path. The bridges were lit with blue lights, it was a perfect night to be out. We stopped at the second bridge and waited for the fireworks to start.

Fireworks! They were so cool shooting out of the tops of the buildings. The girls loved seeing them. This was their first time actually seeing fireworks in the sky. Next year we will stand a little further down the bridge to get a better veiw. It was fun standing on a bridge, by the canal, with the fireworks in the sky -made me miss the 4th of July.

Fireworks ended.

Heading back home. What a fun night! We were back by 8:30, the fireworks were only 15 min long which was enough for the girls, they had school the next day.
